Experience:  My gymnastics journey began at age 9 with a goal to master the backflip, which sparked a lifelong passion. I advanced through competitive levels 4, 5, and 8 and discovered a love for coaching at 15. With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve learned from exceptional mentors and developed expertise in spotting, form correction, and program development.

I’ve coached both girls and boys in preschool, recreational classes, parkour, preteam, and competitive teams, including DP levels 2-4 and Xcel teams from Bronze to Gold. I’m dedicated to nurturing each gymnast’s growth and success.

Favorite Activity: Playing video games and doing gymnastics whenever my body lets me.

Favorite Skill or Event:  I love coaching the uneven bars, but kips are very fun to show off, and there's more than one kind of kip.

Favorite Food: I really enjoy black licorice or pineapple on my pizza.

Advice for Students: Keep trying, and don't give up, when you finally get that one skill that's bugging you, it's the greatest feeling in the world. As you will use this lesson for the rest of your life and it's a nice habit to have to be successful.
